Most alcohol-free beers are industrially brewed to full-strength beers, and then de-alcoholised. This not only strips out the alcohol; it strips out the flavour too.
We never strip. We brew with precision for purposefully 0.5% ABV beers, using uniquely-sourced yeast strains built for low alcohol fermentation, and a mash profile that delivers body and depth.
