A classic Cerveza-style lager, reimagined at 0.5%. We leaned into clean fermentation, subtle grain complexity and crisp drinkability.
The masa note comes from the malt blend which contains corn.
The lime and gooseberry are hop driven. And the crisp finish? Completely intentional. All in day’s work.

Why We Brew Differently
Most Alcohol-Free beers are brewed as full-strength beers and then stripped of their alcohol (and their flavour).
We never strip. We brew with precision for purposefully 0.5% ABV beers, using uniquely-sourced yeast strains built for low alcohol fermentation, and a mash profile that delivers body and depth.
